I find the best way to climb out of the google sand box is to write articles, submit to google’s blog carnivals, and to comment on other peoples blogs. All three will lead to increased links which will boost page rank and will get you indexed. If yoe do not have enough time to keep fresh content rolling in then hire an inexpensive ghost writer to do it for you!
