Today we are going to learn what Do Follow and No Follow it and how can you rank well using do follow.
I see most people are confused about the concept of No Follow and Do Follow. Most blogs these days have No Follow setting which means if you post a comment on the blog it will be of no use because Google Bot is not going to follow it 
How does Do Follow help you ranking high?
When you post a comment on a blog having Do Follow settings, It will be crawled by search engines and the bot will then follow your link and will crawl your site. This is why webmasters prefer Do Follow.
Reasons to Make Your Blog’s Comments Do-Follow:
1) Making your blog do follow will help you to gain traffic as many webmasters will be commenting on your blog to gain backlinks from your site
2) You can yourself gain backlinks if you make your blog Do Follow, if you tell people about your blog they may add your link in their do follow blog list or a Do Follow search engine

I have found a great link here. You can check it and comment on each blog but make sure you do it slowly.

dofollow blog commenting is amazing. totally free backlinks and sometimes with high PR. even the blod articles that doesnt have any PR today will have PR in the future. another way to getting a good boost in rankings is by creating Squidoo Lenses and HubPages. free relevant backlinks that are permanent and will gain good PR over time

Good point, do follow blog backlinks are the best way to give your own site a little boost. However, no follow backlinks can be good too, as long as they give you added traffic.

I’m new to the do-follow scene but my research has revealed that do-follow is the way of the future. However, I just started using Firefox and there are a great many bloggers out there that still are not sold on the do-follow movement. It’s a shame really.
