Today I am going to share 10 ways to build backlinks for your website using which you can create quality backlinks for your website. You you use these tips to increase your Google Pagerank or your SERP(Search Engine Ranking Position)

Tip 1) Commenting on do-follow blogs

This is the most widely used way by people to build backlinks for their websites. I have made a Search Engine of Do-Follow Blogs and a list of 1200 do-follow blog is also there. Just go to the relevant blogs and comment there but make sure you don’t spam blogs around else you will  be blocked by akismet or some other WP plugin.

Tip 2) Guest Posts

If you can write quality articles you can make guest posts on others blog with few backlinks to your blog. Many busy blog owners are currently looking for guest bloggers, I am one of them.. I also allow guest post if anyone is eager to write one just contact me ;)

Tip 3) Paid Directories

Buy quality links from directories having good pagerank. You can get a quality backlink for a few bucks if you can spend on it.

Tip 4) Free Directories

Find free directories with high PR and try ti submit your link to as many as you can. Here you can get a lot of free directories

Tip 5) Run Contests on your blog

This is one of the best way to gain backlinks. Ask your readers to blog about the contest on their blogs to get into the contest and this way you can get loads of backlinks ;)

Tip 6) Forum Signatures

Post regularly on forums like digitalpoint and v7n put a link to your website in your signature. Using this way you can build a lot of backlinks but this method requires real effort spamming those forums will get you banned there.

Tip 7) Link Exchange

You can exchange links with your friends or users at any forum link digitalpoint. Try to get backlinks from relevant niches.

Tip 8 ) Squidoo and hub pages

Make Squidoo and Hub pages for your niche. These days people use this method widely to build links.

Tip 9) Give away ebooks

Try some good ebooks and give them away for free backlinks from your readers.

Tip 10) Link Baiting

Make good posts which will help you create lot of discussion and backlinks.
